On a query being made by the Registrar (Listing), whether the matter under the NRHM Scam is cognizable by a Division Bench or not, it was informed that the matter was earlier reported to be cognizable by the learned Single Judge but it was subsequently reported to the Division Bench which also appears from the reporting of the Stamp Reporter. The matter is stated to be cognizable by Single Bench and it relates to NRHM Scam.
The Registrar General of this Court is directed to look into the matter and let the matter be placed before the appropriate Bench as fresh accordingly.
