Hon'ble Bachchoo Lal,J.
Heard Sri Ramesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner claims that she is entitled to travelling allowance as per Section 11 of the SC/SC Act 1995.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has even travelled upto the High Court for the redressal of her grievances and therefore she is entitled to all such travelling allowance the expenses whereof have been incurred by her and for which an application has been filed before the District Magistrate, Auraiya on 23.6.2018 on which action is to be taken. It is further submitted that the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Auraiya has written a letter to the District Social Welfare Officer, Auraiya for considering the said request of the petitioner in accordance with law and inform her accordingly.
We have considered the submissions raised and we do not find any details of the expenses having been stated before us or in the representation filed before the Collector but in the event the petitioner is entitled to any such travelling allowance it will be open to the authorities to consider the same in accordance with law and pass an appropriate order accordingly.
Disposed off with the said observations.
