Sri Sinha has submitted that accused-respondent nos. 5, 6, 8 and 9 have been arrested and sent to jail while coercive process has been obtained against the accused-respondent nos. 4 and 7 for ensuring their presence before the Investigating Officer.

In view of the statement made by the learned A.G.A. the petition is dismissed.
