Heard Sri H.N.Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri N.K.Verma, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the impugned FIR as well as material brought on record.

This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to direct the respondents no.2 & 3 to make fair and proper investigation in pursuance of the FIR dated 31.1.2018, registered as case crime No.18 of 2018, under Section 302 I.P.C., Police Station Walterganj, District Basti.

It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is the informant of the present case and he has come up before this Court with a prayer that direction be given to respondents nos.2 & 3 for fair investigation in the matter as he apprehends that investigation is not being carried out in a fair and proper manner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties, we direct the Investigating Officer of the present case to conclude the investigation of the present case and submit a police report before the Magistrate concerned expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.

It is further directed that the S.S.P., Basti shall supervise the investigation and ensure that the same is completed speedly without any undue delay.

With the above directions this petition is finally disposed of.
