None present for revisionist however learned A.G.A. for the State is present.
Perusal of the order sheet shows that this case has been listed on the last date i.e. 30.11.2018, whereon a specific order was passed that a last opportunity is being provided to the revisionist to argue the revision, failing which the same shall be decided on merits.
Learned counsel for the revisionist has preferred this revision against the order of the Court below, whereby she has been convicted under Section 494 I.P.C. and has been sentenced for a period of one day simple imprisonment with a fine of Rs.5000/-. She is on bail vide order dated 28.08.2003 of this Court.
In this view of the matter, the Court is constrained from issuing any coercive process against the revisionist stating in very clear terms that if the case is not argued on the next date of listing, stern coercive process shall be issued against revisionist, who is enjoying the facility of bail.
