The Police Authority shall explain as to how the accused has not been nabbed, though the NBW was issued by the concerned Court.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that the Police Authorities are harassing the applicant. The NBW according to the counsel for the applicant has been issued way back one year, namely, 2002 and, therefore, a report of the Police Authority as to how applicant-Subhash Kushwah son of Vishambhar Singh has not yet been nabbed.
