Sri Alok Kumar Saxena, one of the petitioners, has appeared in Writ Petition No.1413 (S/B) of 2002.
Two more writ petitions are connected with this writ petition and there are different counsels, however, no counsel is present today.
In this bunch of writ petitions, the seniority dispute is under challenge and Sri Alok Kumar Saxena has submitted that these writ petitions be disposed of, as early as possible, otherwise he along with other petitioners have been suffering irreparable loss.
