Heard Sri Pramod Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Notices for opposite party Nos.1 & 3 have been accepted by the office of the learned Chief Standing Counsel, whereas notices for opposite party Nos.2 & 4 have been accepted by Sri Ajay Kumar, learned counsel.

By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has submitted that the authority concerned be directed to consider her candidature for seeking transfer from Upper Primary School Nawadavan Faridpur, District-Bareilly to District Lakhimpur Kheri. The petitioner has assailed the condition No.3 of the Government Order dated 13.06.2017 wherein it has categorically been indicated that once an incumbent has taken the benefit of inter district transfer, the same benefit could not again be given.

Learned counsel(s) for the opposite parties pray for and are granted two weeks' time to file their respective counter affidavits. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within one week thereafter.

List in the week commencing 14.05.2018 as fresh.

In the meantime, if any decision is taken by the competent authority, the same shall be subject to final outcome of the writ petition.
