Heard on the application for condonation of delay as well as on the application for recall of order dated 17.10.2016, whereby the writ petition has been dismissed for want of prosecution.  Both the applications are supported with the affidavit.

Cause shown in the affidavit is sufficient to condone the delay as well as to recall the order dated 17.10.2016.

On due consideration, both the applications are allowed.  The delay in filing recall application is condoned.  The order dated 17.10.2016 is recalled and the writ petition is restored to its original number subject to deposit of Rs.1,500/- in the Oudh Bar Association for purchase of books and file its receipt.

List the case in the next cause list for peremptory hearing as the matter pertains to the year 2006.
