In this matter, notices had been issued on the delay condonation application, as the revision was belated.

Office report dated 6.9.2017 indicates that the notices meant for respondent Nos. 2 to 6, were returned undelivered stating that no person resides at the given address.

The notices meant for respondent No. 1 had been returned undelivered without any report of the postal authorities.

Under the circumstances, counsel for the revisionists prays for and is granted two weeks' time to take fresh steps for service upon respondent No. 1 to 6 by Registered Post A.D., after supplying the correct address of respondent Nos. 2 to 6.

In case, the order has not been complied within the time specified above, office shall list the matter under Chapter XII, Rule 4.
