Hon'ble Bharati Sapru,J.

Hon'ble Shashi Kant,J.

Both parties are present in chambers. A meeting has been held between the parties during lunch hours. The two observers as well as counsel for the both sides are present.

We are happy to record in this order that the counsels as well as the observers have happily brought the couple together again and the biggest cementic factor in coming back to this couple together is their lovely daughter by the name of Lovey Chaudhary, whose presence has made the parents reconcile.

The husband has made an undertaking before this Court that he is taking his wife and children back today itself. He will arrange a house for wife and children, which is close to the place where his daughter goes to school.

It is taken as understood that the husband will make complete arrangement for day to day living of the family which includes the expenses of children at all.

The counsels on both sides may file a report as to how the couples are managing, so that this matter may be brought to close.

List this matter on 06.07.2017.

Interim order, if any, to continue till then.
