1. It has been urged on behalf of learned counsel for opposite parties that the petition has been filed for challenging the orders dated 31.07.2009 and 19.03.2010 passed by the State Information Commission in complaint case no. S-2-879/C/09 as well as order of appellate authority whereby direction were issued for providing the certain information on the ground that investigation is under process by Special Investigation Team (S.I.T) and, therefore, during the pendency of investigation, information can not be given. Now investigation has been completed and submitted its report to the higher authority on 22.03.2010.

2. Learned Standing counsel prays for and is granted two weeks time to seek instruction in the matter.

3. List this case in the second week of July, 2017.
