Learned Standing Counsel states that by way of supplementary affidavit details regarding the inquiry have already been brought on record by the petitioner. Learned Standing Counsel further states that a counter affidavit is required to be filed by respondent nos. 1 and 2 - Zila Ganna Adhikari/Adhyaksh, Zila Ganna Sewa Pradhikaran, Faizabad and Sahkari Ganna Vikas Saithi, Faizabad through its Secretary.

None of the respondents have filed counter affidavit.

In view of  the aforesaid, put up this matter on 09.08.2017.

By next date of listing, respondent nos. 1 and 2 shall file counter affidavit in the present writ petition and in case of failure, they shall be present in Court along with entire record.

Learned Standing Counsel shall ensure that this order is communicated to respondent nos. 1 and 2 within a period of one week.
