As per office report dated 29.7.2017 Sri Shamshad Khan, Amicus-curiae was informed on his mobile phone in compliance of this court's order dated 20.7.2017 to argue the case on the date fixed by this Court and he had assured to be present on the date fixed, but today he is not present even in the revised call. The name of Sri Shamshad Khan as amicus-curiae is deleted and in his place Sri Rehan Ahmad Siddiqui is appointed as Amicus-curiae and he will argue the case on the next date fixed by this Court.

Office is directed to make him available all the relevant papers pertaining to this case so as to enable him to prepare the case.
