We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
By means of this writ petition, prayer has been made to issue a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner by counting petitioner's adhoc services since 12.09.1989 for pensionary benefits. The petitioner has also prayed for issuing a direction to the respondents to pay the pension and gratuity to the petitioner alongwith interest.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and looking into the grievance of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation alongwith certified copy of the order of this Court before the competent authority.
In case, such representation is filed by the petitioner, needful be done by passing a reasoned speaking order, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of representation alongwith certified copy of the order of this Court.
