An affidavit of compliance is filed on behalf of opposite party wherein it is stated that a decision has been taken on 11.8.2016 to pay G.P.F dues to applicant in compliance of order dated 18.2.2016.

It is made clear that in the event entire G.P.F dues are not paid to the applicant by the next date the opposite party including the Treasury Officer and the Additional Director (Treasury Pension) shall be present personally before this Court.
