Grievance of the petitioners is that it has moved an application on 10.9.2016, along with all necessary documents for grant of affiliation of I.T.I training with the respondent no. 2, which is kept pending. It is stated that though other similarly placed institution have been granted affiliation on 7th October, 2016, but petitioner's claim has not been examined so far.
Learned counsel for the respondents was grated opportunity in this matter to obtain instructions, but specific instructions on the relevant aspect are still awaited. Learned counsel for the respondents, however, submits that petitioners' claim shall be examined at the earliest possible, in accordance with law.
In view of the above stand taken by Sri Dilip Kumar Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, this petition stands disposed off, directing the authorities concerned to take appropriate decision in the matter of grant of affiliation, at the earliest possible, upon the pending application of petitioners, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
