Issue notice to respondent no. 2 by speed post fixing a date in the second week of August, 2016. Steps be taken within ten days. All the respondents may file counter affidavit by the next date. List on the date fixed.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, it is desirable that the appellant may deposit the entire amount in terms of the award with the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal within six weeks from today. The payment so deposited shall be released in favour of the claimant as per the award. However, the payment shall abide by the final orders to be passed in the present appeal.
