The respondents are granted one month time to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within three weeks thereafter.

Smt. Babita Rajpoot, petitioner-2 has filed High School Examination Certificate as Annexure -1 to the writ petition showing her date of birth as 10.12.1995. She has also appeared before this court and states that she is major and voluntarily married to Subhash Chandra, petitioner-1.

Till the next date of listing, no interference shall be caused in living of the petitioners by the respondents or their families. In case any disturbance is caused in the peaceful living of the petitioners, the petitioners shall approach the concerned Senior Superintendent of Police with the certified copy of this order, who shall provide immediate protection to the petitioners.
