Learned A.G.A for the State has filed counter affidavit today on behalf of respondent nos. 5 & 7, which is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is present.

As per the report submitted by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chitrakoot, notice of respondent no. 4 was not taken by the mother of respondent no. 4 i.e. Sumitra Devi, respondent no. 5, whereas notice of respondent no. 6 was taken by his mother.

It is submitted by respondent nos. 5 & 7 that whereabouts of respondent no. 6 is not known to them. It is further submitted that corpus is a major.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that corpus as well as respondent no. 4 both are teacher in a Computer Centre and the age of corpus is 24 years old.

Corpus is not produced today. It is submitted that corpus is not in the custody of respondent nos. 5 & 7. It is also submitted that respondent no. 4 and corpus where about is not known.

In the circumstances the learned A.G.A for the State is directed to get the status report regarding the case, which is being filed against respondent no. 4 under Section 366 of I.P.C.

The concerned S.O. is directed to search out the corpus and produce her before the Court. In case, he fails to produce the corpus before the Court, then he will appear personally before this Court and submit compliance report as well as progress report done in the matter on the next date of listing.

List on 11th August, 2016.

A certified copy of the order may be provided to the learned A.G.A. for the State for compliance.

Personal appearance of respondent nos. 5 & 7 is exempted till further orders of this Court.
