From perusal of the ordersheet of the instant petition it appears that vide order dated 6.7.1999 another Bench of this Court passed the order with a direction to connect this case with Criminal Misc. Application No.3719 of 1991, Anant Veer Jain and others Vs. State of U.P. and the benefit of interim order shall be available to the applicnats in the present case. From perusal of the record of Criminal Misc. Application No.3719 of 1991, Anant Veer Jain and others Vs. State of U.P. it transpires that the case was already dismissed vide order dated 14.9.2004 for want of prosecution challenging the proceeding of  Case Crime No.303 of 1985, under sections 447, 448, 468, 471, 420 I.P.C., Police Station Mawana, District Meerut (State Vs. Anant Veer Jain and others).

Office is directed to communicate this order to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Meerut to submit a report as to whether after dismissal of Criminal Misc. Application No.3719 of 1991, Anant Veer Jain and others Vs. State of U.P. the court below has proceeded against the applicants Anant Veer Jain and others and also apprise the court with regard to the current status of the said case. 

Let the matter be listed on 5.9.2016 alongwith office report before the appropriate Bench.

A copy of this order be given to the learned A.G.A. for necessary compliance.
