Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.A. for the State of U.P.

This petition has been filed for issuing a order/direction/writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for producing corpus respondent no.5, who is said to be illegally detained by respondent no.4.

It is submitted by the learned counsel  that respondent no. 5 is legally wedded wife of the petitioner. Nikahnama was also registered and maher Ikrarnama is also registered. It is also submitted that there is one issue from respondent no.5 and now respondent no. 4 is trying to get the marriage of respondent no. 5 settled elsewhere.

Notice be issued to respondent no. 4 to produce the corpus before this Court on the next date of listing alongwith the child of respondent no. 5.

The learned A.G.A. is also directed to submit status report in this matter.

The petitioner is directed to submit a demand draft of Rs. 15,000/- in favour of corpus in the office of the Registrar General of this Court and only submission of the demand draft notice will be issued to respondent no. 4 through speed post. '
