This is a defective jail appeal. 

In compliance of the order dated 30.3.2016, appellant Tintin Ray  has been produced before this Court today in police custody from the District Jail, Basti and he submits that he wants that an Amicus Curiae be appointed on Government expenses to conduct this appeal on his behalf.

Sri R.K. Singh Dadda, Advocate has offered his services to conduct this appeal as Amicus Curiae on behalf of the appellant.

Sri R.K. Singh Dadda, Advocate is hereby appointed as Amicus Curiae to argue the appeal on behalf of the appellant, who shall be paid Rs.8000/- as fee at the conclusion of the appeal.

Paper book is ready and the same is given today to the Amicus Curiae.

Sri R.K. Singh Dadda, Advocate, undertakes to argue this appeal on 12.5.2016.

The appellant Tintin Ray shall be sent back to District Jail,Basti and he shall not be produced on the next date unless specifically called for.

Office is directed to print the name of Sri R.K.Singh Dadda, Advocate as Amicus Curiae on behalf of the appellant whenever the case is listed next.
