Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Appellant side requests for adjournment.

Learned counsel for the respondent informs that in trial court matrimonial petition of divorce of plaintiff/respondent was decreed and divorce was granted to the plaintiff. Thereafter, first appeal was dismissed. Against the judgments of trial court and first appellate court, present second appeal was preferred, which was dismissed in default on 17th December, 2012. After that respondent had remarried and had one issue from his second marriage performed before restoration of second appeal. Learned counsel for the appellant informs that correction application 44440 of 2013 has been filed on behalf of respondent mentioning these facts.

These points relating to the facts mentioned in correction application and also the averments of counsel for the appellant that respondent has performed second marriage within 30 days of dismissal of appeal shall be heard and considered at the time of final hearing of this matter, and for that no miscellaneous application is further required to be considered.
