Heard Sri Sunil Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Nitin Srivastava, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State, and perused the record.

The only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.1, Gautam Budh Nagar, to decide the Criminal Case No. 346 of 2013, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, arising out of Case Crime No. 787 of 201 (State Vs. Pappu Singh and others), Police Station Sector-24, Noida, District Gautam Budh Nagar, within a definite period.

Considering the facts of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide aforesaid case in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
