Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.

This petition has been filed by the petitioner Mohan Singh Doliya with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to opposite party for providing the medical facility including the medicines and treatment  to the son of the petitioner Devendra Singh as per the Central Government Health Scheme Notification dated 31.5.2007. 

Considering the facts, it is directed that in case the petitioner is having any grievance, the same may be raised before the authority concerned who shall look into the matter and decide the representation in accordance with law.

The interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
