This is an application for correction of the order dated 26.9.2014.

Application is allowed.

In the first line of the order the sentence "List has been revised. None appears on behalf of the petitioner to press the writ petition" be deleted and in its place "Heard Sri Anubhav Chandra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner" be substituted.

The copy of the judgment and order dated 26.9.2014 shall be issued alongwith certified copy of the order passed today in correction application.
