Learned counsel for petitioner appeared. Learned A.G.A. appeared for respondent nos.1, 2 and 3.  Shri Shailesh Upadhyay appeared for for respondent nos. 4, 5 and 6.

S.I. Panna Lal of Police Station Mehnagar, District Azamgarh appeared  and submitted that  he is Investigating Officer of criminal case relating to this petition.. He prayed  for four weeks time to produce corpus. Inspite of repeated  directions to produce corpus respondent nos. 2 and 3 have failed  to produce corpus before this Court.

In view of  above, respondent nos. 2 and 3  are directed to produce corpus on the next date of listing positively. In  case respondent nos. 2 and 3 fail to produce corpus on the date fixed, respondent no.2 Senior Superintendent of Police, Azamgarh shall file personal affidavit showing steps to have been taken for recovery of said corpus and respondent no.3 Station House Officer, Police Station Mehngar, District Azamgarh shall appear in person to show cause.

List on 12.12.2014 for hearing.

Let copy of this order  be furnished to the learned A.G.A. for securing compliance.
