On 8.7.2014, learned Standing Counsel has been asked to seek instruction and the matter has been directed to be listed on 21.7.2014. Thereafter on several occasions, time has been sought by the learned Standing Counsel but till date neither any counter affidavit has been filed nor any instruction has been submitted.

Sri R.N. Shukla, learned Standing Counsel, requested that one more opportunity may be given to file counter affidavit. On his request, list on 27.10.2014. By that time, counter affidavit may be filed. In case if the counter affidavit will not be filed, the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Faridpur, District Bareilly shall appear in person.
