Heard learned counsel for the accused revisionist as well as learned A.G.A. on bail application.

Revisionist accused was on bail during trial as well as during pendnecy of appeal.

In view of the above, revisionist accused Rashid Khan shall be released on bail till disposal of this revision in Case Crime No.1139 of 2008, under sections 279, 304-A I.P.C., Police Station Qila, District Bareilly on his executing a personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court with condition that fine awarded by trial court shall be deposited within 15 days from today, if it has not already been deposited.
