Corpus Master Kashan Ali, who is aged about nine years stated before the Court that he and his brother Master Rehan Ali are living with their father. He further stated that he does not want to go with her mother. She used to beat him and does not give him food.

Corpus Master Rehan Ali, who is aged about seven years stated that he is living with his father and he does not want to go to his mother petitioner no.1.

Parties have exchanged their affidavits.

List on 9.1.2015 for hearing.
