Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.

Perusal of supplementary affidavit as well as mark sheet of High School of corpus Km. Babita Chauhan filed alognwith supplementary affidavit shows that date of birth of corpus  Km. Babita Chauhan is 15.3.1993.

Learned A.G.A. has accepted notice on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 3.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned A.G.A. and perused petition.

Issue notice to respondent no. 4  with direction to produce corpus before the Court on date fixed, provided the petitioners deposit Rs.10,000/- as security in the name of Registrar General of this Court which shall be forfeited to pay as cost to respondents, if the contention made in petition regarding wrongful confinement of corpus is found false.

Counter affidavit  may be filed without four weeks. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within two weeks thereafter.

List on 17.2.2015. 

Petitioners shall deposit said amount of security within ten days, thereafter, notices shall be issued to respondent no. 4  as ordered above.
