Sri Vinay Khare, learned counsel for the defendant has filed an application under Order XIV Rule 5 for framing additional issues, list of witnesses and list of documents of original registered will and death certificate.

Sri RP Mishra, learned counsel for the plaintiff prays for and is granted four weeks' time to file objection.

Sri Vinay Khare has filed other application under Chapter XXX Rule 42 for keeping original wills in a sealed cover and under the self custody of the Registrar General.  The details of the wills are as under:

(i) Original Will (Regd) dated 24.8.2006 of Smt. Urmila Singh dated 24.8.2006.

(ii) Original Well (regd) dated 26.11.2010 of late Smt. Urmila Singh. 

(iii) Original Will (Regd) dated 13.3.2006 of Late Virendra Singh.

(iv). Original Will (Regd) dated 7.7.2006 of late Jagdishwar Prasad Narain Singh.

(v) Death certificate dated 11.7.2000 of Late JP Singh son of KPN Singh, issued by Kamla Nehru Memorial Hospital Hospital, Allahabad.

(vi) Death certificate dated 6.1.2011 of Late Smt. Urmila Singh, wife of Late JP Singh issued by Parvati Hospital, Allahabad.

The aforesaid documents be kept in a sealed cover under the safe custody of the Registrar General.
