1.     Heard Sri Shubham Agarwal, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator has filed O.L. Report No.(Judicial) 213 of 2014. Sri Maneesh Mehrotra has put in appearance on behalf of Canara Bank and has filed vakalatnama. Sri Birendra Tiwari holding brief of Sri Ashish Mishra  appeared on behalf of PICUP.

2.     Both the learned counsel for Canara Bank as well as PICUP states that the Canara Bank as well as PICUP has no objection to the bid of Rs.97,00,000/- for Lot B offered by M/s Star Trading Company, Kanpur since it is adequate.

3.     Both the learned counsel for Canara Bank as well as PICUP prays for three days' time to bring on record the above stand on affidavit. 

4.     As prayed, list on 30th July, 2014. In the mean time the secured creditors, namely, PICUP, UPFC and Canara Bank may file their comments in compliance to the order dated 16th July, 2014. O.L. Report No.(Judicial) 213 of 2014 shall be considered on the next date of listing. The highest bidder Sri Mohd. Yamin, proprietor of M/s Star Trading Company, Kanpur is present today. He may also attend the proceedings on the next date of listing.
