1. Heard Sri Vishnu Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Nimai Dass, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent and Sri A.K. Narayan, learned counsel for the respondent no. 5. .
2. Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.
3. Issue notice to the respondent no. 6 returnable at an early date.
4. Steps be taken within a week by speed /registered post.
5. Learned counsel for the respondent may file counter affidavit within four weeks. Petitioner shall have two weeks thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit.
6. List after expiry of 8 weeks.
7. In the mean time, recovery under impugned order dated 6.6.2014 passed by CCRA U.P., Circuit Court, Meerut in Stamp Appeal No. 153(M)/2013-14 shall remain stayed, provided the petitioner deposits a further sum of Rs.15,000/- within two weeks, in addition to the amount already deposited by him.
