This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for ensuring the fair investigation of case crime No. 91 of 2013, under section 364 IPC, P.S. Indira Nagar, District Lucknow and to make the recovery of alleged kidnapped person.
Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the present case the alleged kidnapped person has not been recovered and the police is not taking any interest for making the recovery of the alleged kidnapped person, it is directed that S.S.P. Lucknow shall look into the matter personally and shall ensure the recovery of alleged kidnapped person. In case the S.S.P. Lucknow does not take any interest, it is open to the petitioner to move a fresh petition before this court.
With this direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
