In pursuance of the order dated 19.8.2014 Sri Ved Prakash Srivastava, the officer Incharge of P.S. Ranipur, District Bahraich have appeared in person, he has filed an affidavit also. According to the affidavit filed by him the kidnapped woman Parvati Devi has returned and she has gone in the company of her husband to Delhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted three days time to file the affidavit in this regard.
