Heard counsel for the petitioner and counsel for respondent no. 7.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that in response to the order dated 19.11.2008, respondent no. 7 has already filed counter affidavit, but till today no counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 6.

As a last opportunity, three weeks' and no more time is granted to the standing counsel to file counter affidavit on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 6.

List immediately thereafter.
