This petition has been filed by the petitioners Ram Suresh And Ors. with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned to act upon the applications dated 11.8.2014 and 13.8.2014 which have been annexed as annexures 23 and 24.

From the perusal of the records, it is directed that in case the petitioners are having any grievance, the same may be raised by adopting the proper forum as of lodging the FIR or moving the compliant before the court concerned. Such prayer is refused.

With this observation this petition is finally disposed of.
