1.     Heard Sri Nagendra Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the application.

2.     This petition has been filed for letters of Administration to the estate and credits of the deceased Ram Nath Katiyar with unregistered  will dated 13th April, 2014. The petitioners have also filed an affidavit  of both the attesting witness, namely, Sri Rajnish Katiyar and Sri Udaiveer Singh Gaur. It is stated in paragraph no. 4 of the  petition  that the aforesaid will dated 13th April, 2014 is the last will of the deceased Ram Nath Katiyar who has not executed any other will. In paragraph no. 5, it is stated that the deceased Ram Nath Katiyar died on 7th June, 2014.

3.     The Registrar General of this Court is directed to keep the aforesaid unregistered original will  dated 13th April, 2014 in safe custody in a sealed cover .

4.     Issue notice to next kins as mentioned in paragraph no. 2 of the petition, other than the petitioners by speed /registered post. 

5.     Notices may also be  sent to the Administrator General U.P. and the Board of Revenue, Allahabad.

6.     The citation of this petition  is directed to be published in the three newspapers, namely, "Dainik Jagaran (Hindi Edition, Kanpur)", "Amar Ujala (Hindi Edition, Kanpur)" and "Times of India (English Edition, Kanpur)" fixing a date in the last week of September, 2014. Affidavit of service be filed on or before the next date fixed. 

7.     Registrar General is directed to file report as contemplated  by Chapter XXX of Rule 8 of the Rules of the Court.  

8.     List in the last week of September, 2014.
