Heard Ms. Rashmi Singla, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Amit Saxena, learned counsel for opposite party no.1, Sri Umesh Vats, learned counsel for opposite party no. 2 and Sri B.P.Singh, learned senior counsel assisted by Sri V.K.Singh, learned counsel for opposite party no.3.

Ms. Singla has filed an application in the form of objectin to the report of Advocate Commissioner. 

Sri V.K.Singh, learned  counsel  prays for and is allowed  three weeks time to file  reply to the  application filed by Ms. Singla. In the meantime opposite party nos. 1 and 2 may also file their objection, if any.
