Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

This  petition under Section 482, Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking a suitable direction for the Additional Sessions Judge,  Court No. 6 District Budaun to decide the application for declaring him juvenile dated 6.3.2013 in sessions trial No. 920 of 2012 arising out of case crime No. 201 of 2012 under sections 498A, 304B IPC and 3/4 d.P. Act, police station Mujaria, district Budaun within stipulated time.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and after perusing the averments as contained in the present application, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the Additional Sessions Judge,  Court No. 6 District Budaun to decide the application  for declaring the applicant juvenile dated 6.3.2013 in sessions trial No. 920 of 2012 arising out of case crime No. 201 of 2012 under sections 498A, 304B IPC and 3/4 d.P. Act, police station Mujaria, district Budaun most expeditiously, strictly in accordance with law, after hearing the parties and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either the parties, if possible within  a period of two months from the date of production of a  certified copy of this order before him, provided there is no stay by any court of law.
