HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD, LUCKNOW BENCH ?Court No. - 3 Case :- SERVICE SINGLE No. - 5356 of 1990 Petitioner :- Kamla Kant Tiwari Respondent :- State Of U.P And Others Petitioner Counsel :- V.S.Tripathi Respondent Counsel :- C.S.C Hon'ble Shri Narayan Shukla,J.
By means of order dated 3rd May,1990 the petitioner was dismissed from service. Challenging the same through the instant writ petition, the petitioner approached this Court. This Court by means of interim order dated 30.5.1990 stayed the order impugned dated 3.5.1990.
Learned counsel for the petitioner informs that accordingly the petitioner has been allowed to work till the date of retirement as he retired on 31.12.20112 attaining the age of 60 years. He further informs that authorities have prepared pension paper etc. and sent the same to the Additional Director of Treasury and Pension, Faizabad for payment of pension.
Accordingly I am of the view that the order of dismissal has lost its significance. Therefore, the same is quashed by permitting the respondents to proceed for payment of retiral dues to the petitioner expeditiously.
Writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
