This is an application for deletion of the name of Sri Ibadur Rehman from the array of legal representatives of the deceased Smt. Yasmeen Bano.

The submission of learned counsel for the applicants is that the appellant no.1/6 (Smt. Yasmeen Bano) expired on 26.12.2011 and, as such, Substitution Application No.9545 of 2012 has been moved on behalf of heirs and legal representatives of the deceased Smt. Yasmeen Bano on 24.01.2012. During pendency of substitution application, one of the legal heirs, namely, Sri Ibrar Rehman (husband of deceased Smt. Yasmeen Bano), has also died on 12.02.2012, and, therefore, in the interest of justice the applicants may be permitted to delete the name of  Sri Ibrar Rehman (husband of deceased Smt. Yasmeen Bano) from the array of legal representatives.

On due consideration, the application is allowed.

Learned counsel for the applicants is permitted to delete the name of Sri Ibadur Rehman in the substitution application from the array of legal representatives of the deceased Smt. Yasmeen Bano i.e appellant no. 1/6,  within a week.

List pending application for substitution at an early date.
