Counsel for the petitioner submits that the controversy involved in this writ petition is based on identical facts as are involved in the connected Writ Petition No.68000 of 2010 M/s Tridevi Cement & Steel Pvt. Ltd. & another Vs. State of U.P. and others which has been heard and decided today itself by a separate judgment and order.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of this case, this writ petition is dismissed for the same reasons as contained in the judgment and order dated 7.5.2012 passed in the above referred writ petition.
