Sri Omveer Singh, Ex-Chairman, Town Area Committee, Kachala district Budaun is present in the Court. He submitted that in the election Smt. Pushpa Devi has been elected as the Chairman, Town Area Committee, Kachala district Budaun.

In view of the above, he is directed to communicate the new Chairman, Town Area Committee, Kachala district Budaun to appear in the Court on the next date i.e. on 24.7.2012 or to file counter affidavit.

Learned Standing Counsel may also communicate this order to the new Chairman, Town Area Committee, Kachala district Budaun through the District Magistrate, Budaun.
