This writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:

"1. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to direct respondent no. 2 to decide the mutation suit no. 512/809, U/s 34 L.R. Act (Smt. Subhawati Vs. Ravindra Nath and Others) which is pending before respondent no. 2 within stipulated period. 

2. issue any other writ, order or direction in the nature of writ, as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

3. award the cost of this writ petition to the petitioner."

Heard Sri Shyam Ji Patel, holding brief of Sri Pradeep Kumar VI, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is provided that mutation suit no. 512/809, U/s 34 L.R. Act (Smt. Subhawati Vs. Ravindra Nath and Others), pending in the court of respondent no. 2, be decided expeditiously in accordance with law after hearing all concerned.

With the aforesaid observation / direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
