In pursuance to the earlier order dated 13.04.2012, Sri Awdhesh Kumar Misra, holding additional charge of Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Ayodhya, presently posted as Resident Magistrate at Ayodhya.
He through his counsel Sri R.D. Shahi, submits that there is a financial crunch in the Parishad, so Gratuity amount and arrear of pension cannot be paid to the petitioner.
He further submits that except gratuity and arrear of pension remaining entire payment has already been made to the petitioner. Regarding the Insurance, necessary papers have been forwarded to Insurance Corporation under advise to the petitioner.
In view of above, I direct the Executive Officer, Sri Awdhesh Kumar Misra not to draw his salary till the payment of Gratuity and arrears of pension to the petitioner.
