On the said date District Judge, Allahabad shall file his personal affidavit explaining before this Court as to when judgment was pronounced by this Court on 15.06.2007, wherein order of Inspecting Judge dated 23.01.2006 determining interse seniority of Dilip Kumar Srivstava and Mithilesh Kumar Srivastava had been affirmed and it has been informed that Special Appeal had been filed, wherein no interim order had been passed, and the Special Appeal was ultimately decided on 13.07.2010, then under what circumstances, in the garb of determining seniority, Dilip Kumar Srivastava has been allowed to continue in the said judgeship  as Sadar Munsarim.
