We have heard learned counsel for the petitioners. Learned A.G.A. appears for the State respondent nos. 1 and 2. Issue notice to respondent nos 3 and 4. Steps within a week.

Taking into account the allegations made in the first information report and the fact that there are no allegation of any injuries suffered by the complainant, we are of the opinion that the dispute can be resolved by mediation between the parties. We, thus, refer the matter to 'Allahabad High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre' for a possible settlement.

The office will draw the statement of the case and refer it to the Allahabad High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre. The petitioners will deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty  five thousand only) in the account of 'Registrar General, Allahabad High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre' within two weeks from today. The Mediation Centre will, after the amount is deposited, issue notice to respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to participate in the mediation proceedings by fixing 16.7.2011. Out of the deposited amount, Rs.20,000/- will be paid to Smt. Vidhi  wife of Shri Dhaiya respondent  No.4. The remaining amount of Rs.5000/- shall be appropriated by the Mediation Centre as costs of the proceedings.

List on 13.9.2011.

Until  13th September, 2011 the petitioners' arrest in Case Crime No. 262 of 2011, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506, 316  IPC & 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Civil Lines, Distt. Meerut shall remain stayed.

If the petitioners commit default of any of the conditions of this order, the interim order shall stand vacated.
